International Shipping & Fees

For orders shipped to destinations outside of the United Kingdom, additional custom taxes and fees may be applicable. The responsibility of these charges depend solely with the customer and must be settled with customs.

If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your refund.

blōme is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on international shipments.

From 1st July 2026 EU orders under €150 (excluding shipping) are no longer exempt from customs duties. Orders below this value will now be charged a country specific charge per item. Orders above this value will be charged local taxes and duties as normal. 

Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days of delivery. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact hello@blome-studio.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including duties, taxes, and related fees.

From 29th August 2025 all US orders will be subject to duties / taxes. Regardless of shipment value.
