Product care

Out of stock

All our pieces are made by hand. We limit our production to maintain each piece is
made with care and to stop over consumption. When an item is out of stock, you can sign up to be notified of when the product becomes available again.

Repair and restore

We believe in encouraging conscious consumption that is why we offer a repair and restore service for a fee for those pieces that need a bit of extra care, from re-stringing to stone replacement. Please email hello@blome-studio.com to find out more about this service.

How do I determine my ring size?

Before measuring your finger, we provide you with the following information. Refer to our ring size guide for full instructions.

What does Pre-Order mean?

Pre-ordering an item means you are guaranteed the desired product before it runs out of stock. We will notify you of the expected ship date once ordered.

Do you offer gift wrap?

We are happy to gift wrap your order and include a hand-written personal note. Please select this option when checking out for an additional small fee.

Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?

We offer worldwide shipping. If you have specific questions regarding delivery to your country, feel free to contact us.

What’s your processing time?

We carry both made to order and in stock items. Made to order pieces take
approximately 10 business days to ship as everything is made to order in our
studio. In stock pieces take approximately 1-4 business days to ship.
While we aim to process and ship orders within these time frames, these are
estimates only, and orders may ship earlier or later depending on production.
Once orders are processed, shipping times vary depending on selected rate and destination.

Should I expect to pay VAT, taxes, or other fees?

For orders shipped outside the UK, International orders may or may not be subject to additional customs duties and taxes before delivery. These fees are the
recipient's responsibility. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate them due to varying
customs policies.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I cancel an order?

Orders can only be canceled within 48 hours of placing an order. If you need to do
so please email hello@blome-studio.com

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you your tracking number.

How do I return my order?

To initiate a return, please email hello@blome-studio.com with your order number to request authorisation. Items must be returned unworn or unaltered in the original packaging.

What is your return policy?

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. All customised
items are final sale and may not be returned.

Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?

At this time, we can only accept returns, as we cannot accommodate exchanges.
