Returns
blōme accepts returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Any returns received outside of this period will be refused.
To initiate a return, please email hello@blome-studio.com with your order number to request authorisation. Returns must be shipped within 3 days of your return authorisation. All items must be returned unworn in their original packaging to be accepted for a return.
We cannot accept returns on any made-to-order pieces.
We are currently unable to cover the cost of returns, and would advise that you ship your items using a tracked service. If you are returning your item from outside the UK, please include the text “return shipment to origin” as we will not be liable for any duties & taxes upon its return. Failure to do so may result in your shipment being returned to you, or any duties & taxes incurred being deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item. An email confirmation will be sent when the return has been completed. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Depending on your bank, the transaction may take between 3 to 5 business days. Please note that shipping costs will never be reimbursed.
Damages
If the product arrives damaged or opened, claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the package; after this time, claims will be refused. Please email hello@blome-studio.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos of the item.
blōme is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use, alterations, or cosmetic damage caused by normal wear and aging. If your gemstone piece has clearly been dropped or broken, this will not be viable as a fault or a return.
Exchanges
We currently don’t offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to purchase a different item, you will need to make a new order at www.blome-studio.com.
